Thank you very much for your continued passionate support of Urawa Reds.

The club positioned this "J1 Centennial League," a special season in preparation for the J.League's transition to an autumn-spring season, as "a six-month period of challenging ourselves while aiming for the top," and we have fought together with all of you. However, after 11 matches, we have only managed three wins, a record that falls far short of the expectations of our fans and supporters, as well as the goals we set for ourselves, and we take this fact very seriously.
We have received many critical opinions and words of encouragement from everyone, both inside and outside the stadium, regarding the current situation. Each time, we are reminded that the passion you show us is not something to be taken for granted, and that it is the club's responsibility to sincerely acknowledge and respond to that passion.

This season, the team is pursuing a policy of "six months aiming for the top while taking on challenges," focusing on "growth centered on continuity" through deepening and instilling the team concept, and continuing two initiatives: tactical challenges and revitalizing internal team competition. The underlying objective is to realize a "strong and attractive team" based on the team concept. In light of that objective, we strongly recognize that our current results and team performance are insufficient, and that we need to honestly confront this reality.

We have no doubts about our team concept. However, we believe there is still room for improvement and growth in our performance, as we have continued to Trial Trial play well but are unable to secure a win. We will work together as a club to address this issue and take the necessary steps.

Once again, we deeply regret that the current situation falls far short of the expectations of not only our fans and supporters, but also all those who support the club. We will face this situation with sincerity and aim for victory in all remaining Trial without wavering from the "team concept (team, individual, and attitude)" that we have consistently upheld for the past few years. Furthermore, we will fight with a determination to win every match, demonstrating our commitment to "running, fighting, and persevering to the very end," so that we can once again share the joy with all of you.
