Regarding photography etiquette and protection of portrait rights at Trial venues

To ensure that all attendees can enjoy watching Trial in safety, we ask for your cooperation in observing the following rules and etiquette regarding personal photography.

Recently, there have been a number of cases where individuals taking photographs both inside and outside of Trial venues have caused or could cause problems because the rights and interests of visitors, such as their portrait rights and privacy rights, have not been adequately protected.
Regarding photography by individual visitors, the J.League has published guidelines for posting photos and videos on social media and the internet, which clearly state that "photography that causes inconvenience to others" and "posting that infringes or is likely to infringe the portrait rights of others" are "not permitted."

With the spread of camera-equipped devices and services such as social media, taking photos and videos at Trial venue has become an essential part of enjoying the special day of watching sport. However, in order to create an environment where all visitors can watch the game in peace, it is also essential to observe morals and etiquette when taking photos, and to be considerate of other visitors.
Once again, please be sure to check the following points.

[Notes regarding personal photography]
- We ask that all visitors and Trial management staff working at Trial venue refrain from taking photos of specific individuals without their permission, and from posting such photos or videos on social media etc. without the individual's consent.
・Even if the photo or video does not clearly depict a specific individual, please be considerate of the portrait rights of any individuals who appear in the photo or video when posting it to social media, etc., by using blurring or stamps, etc., as the case may be.
・If you feel that you have been photographed without permission, please notify a nearby security guard or staff member immediately to prevent any problems from occurring.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating an environment where all visitors, including not only Urawa Reds fans and supporters but also fans and supporters of opposing clubs, can enjoy watching Trial in safety.
