We have discovered that some of the "PC tablet cases (black and red)" for which we began replacing them on Thursday, April 17th, are defective.
We deeply apologize to everyone who exchanged the affected items for any inconvenience caused.

Details of the defect
Some items have embroidery in the shape of an emblem on the main body that faces the opposite direction to the URAWA REDS logo tag.

[Incorrect] The embroidery on the main body is facing the opposite direction to the URAWA REDS logo tag.
*The embroidery on the lid faces the same direction
　　

[Correct] The embroidery on the main body is in the same direction as the URAWA REDS logo tag.
*The embroidery on the lid is facing backwards.


We plan to exchange the defective items for items of the correct specifications. Details on how to exchange the items will be sent to affected customers via email and on their REX CLUB My Page at a later date.

Temporary suspension of exchange and delivery of "PC tablet cases"
The "PC Tablet Case (Red)" is out of stock and we are no longer accepting new orders.
Regarding the "PC Tablet Case (Black)", which was previously replaceable, we will temporarily suspend new exchanges.

For those who have already applied through your REX CLUB My Page but have not yet received the items at the counter, collection at the REX CLUB booth at Gamba Osaka match on Tuesday, May 6th (holiday) will be temporarily suspended.

We will inform you as soon as possible when exchanges and deliveries will resume.
