Since last season, we have been working to improve our services by expanding the in-store space and increasing the number of cash registers. In order to further improve our customer service, we will be introducing a Fast Pass system at the South Plaza Fan Shop outside the stadium so that customers can enjoy shopping for merchandise more comfortably.
If you're in a hurry or have children with you and want to enjoy shopping as quickly as possible, please consider using the Fast Pass!

[How to use]

(1) Visit the Fast Pass lane at the South Plaza Fan Shop outside the venue.
(2) Fast passes will be given to you at the entrance.
(3) Shopping in the Fan Shop (you can shop in all areas of the shop)
(4) Pay at the Fast Pass register
(5) Pay for your Fast Pass when you check out.
(6) After payment, return your fast pass

Notes
*One fast pass allows up to four people to enter the store.
*One Fast Pass can only be used once. Multiple purchases are not permitted.
*Available only on the day of purchase. Cannot be used in subsequent sections.
*Depending on how busy the fast pass lanes are, you may experience waiting times both to enter the store and to pay.
