When using each service, Latest REX CLUB membership card (card/digital) Please use it.
Card membership cards with old membership card numbers printed on them will no longer be valid, and only cards or digital membership cards with the latest membership card number printed on them will be valid.

How to check if your card is up to date
Log in to your REX CLUB My Page and if the membership card number displayed on your digital membership card is the same as the number on the front of the card, then it is the latest card.

About the REX CLUB booth

The area next to the Information Desk inside the North Gate can only be used for "Visitor Point Registration."

Those entering with a season ticket IC card
Regarding the attendance history that will be added to your REX CLUB My Page after you have authenticated your entry with an IC card, for home games from the 2025 season onwards, It is necessary to link the J.League ID linked to the One Touch Pass ID with the REX CLUB ID. Even if you have not linked your account, your viewing history (attendance registration) will still be added, but please note that it will take some time for your account to be registered.

From the 2025 season onwards, attendance points will be registered based on the ticket stub that will be collected upon entry, so there will be no need to register attendance points at the REX CLUB booth.

Point exchange item receipt
You can pick up items that you applied for in advance on the Stadium Exchange Counter Application page of your My Page. You will need your latest membership card. Please prepare it and come to the booth.
Merchandise purchase coupons do not require printing. For details, please see "End of paper ticket issuing service" on this page.

REGULAR membership benefits available at stadium counter
You will need your latest membership card to pick up your gift. Please have it ready when you come to the booth.

REGULAR stage bonus benefits (goods) (Scheduled to open from the home game in April)
Eligible: REGULAR members and GOLD stage members
*You will receive one past LOYALTY bonus item. (The bonus items you receive will vary depending on the time of purchase.)
*As the booth is expected to be crowded at the beginning of the season, it is scheduled to open from the home game in April.
* Bonus points will be automatically awarded when you advance to a higher level. In addition, special ticket coupons will be awarded within about one month after you advance to a higher level.

End of paper ticketing service
Due to the renewal of the REX CLUB My Page in December 2024, paper ticket issuance will be discontinued.
For all services that used to issue paper tickets until the 2024 season, you will need to present the various screens on your My Page as follows.

■About merchandise purchase coupons/Reds Land tickets
Please check the steps below before using the service.
(1) Please apply via the “Stadium Counter, Coupon, and Point Exchange Merchandise Application” banner located in the middle of the top of your My Page.
(2) After applying, please display the coupon using the “Use Digital Coupon” banner at the same location.
(3) When using the coupon, please show the coupon usage screen to the staff. If you use the card before presenting it, it will become invalid. Also, please note that you cannot use the card by itself.



LOYALTY Stage Up Benefits
The stage-up bonus for those who have reached the required number of years of season ticket continuation (5, 15, or 25 years) will be delivered by mail. We plan to send the bonus to the address registered with REX CLUB from early March.

About point tickets
As in the 2024 season, we will be giving out point tickets to LOYALTY and REGULAR members when they purchase MDP or gourmet food (only at participating stores). Please present your latest membership card when using the points.
There will be no changes to the method of registering points vouchers. Please check the voucher for details.

About your favourite player
If the team wins, the first player to be interviewed on TV after Trial will be selected as the "MVP" and points will be awarded as a "Favorite Player MVP Bonus" to players who have registered the MVP player as their favorite player*.
If you have not yet registered, please register by going to "User Settings" or "Change Member Information" in your My Page.
*Points will only be awarded to those who register by the day before Trial.

Regarding plastic carrying bags
As part of our efforts to achieve the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), the provision of plastic carrying bags, which have been provided at the point exchange item and bonus collection booths, will be made optional from the 2025 season.
Please cooperate by bringing your own bag. If you would like to use one, please speak to the booth staff. Please note that members are responsible for bagging their own items.
