I wanted to repay Urawa Reds, the club that nurtured me, with my play and results, contribute to victories with my goals and win titles, and share the joy with the fans and supporters, but I still wasn't good enough.
I spent 11 and a half years at the academy, and I've grown both as a person and as an athlete. I'm grateful to everyone who has been involved.
Leaving this club was not an easy decision, but I decided to put myself in a new environment to fulfill my dreams. I will go there with determination to show everyone how much I've grown.
