About advance application for those who wish to post flags other than official flags (L flag size or smaller)
From the start of the 2024 season, those who wish to display new support items [banners, large flags, flags other than official flags (L flag size or smaller), and waving flags] must apply by the application deadline. (For support items for which applications have been completed as of the 2023 season, there is no need to apply this time, but please be sure to attend the meeting for those who wish to display them.)

Reception method of advance application for flags other than official flags (L flag size or smaller)
Prior application is required to display flags other than official flags (L flag size or smaller). Please send the following required information to Urawa Reds by email. After receiving the e-mail, we will send a confirmation e-mail within 72 hours. If you do not receive a reply within 72 hours after sending the email, please contact Urawa Reds again by email.
[Necessary items]
- (1) When sending an e-mail, please be sure to enter "Prior application for flags other than official flags" in the subject line.
- (2) Group name *Not required for individuals.
- (3) Name of the group representative *Not required for individuals.
- (4) Applicant name
- (5) Applicant's address
- (6) Applicant's mobile number * Home phone number if you do not have a mobile phone
- (7) Applicant's email address
- (8) Season ticket number
*If the applicant does not have a season ticket, please enter the name and season ticket number of the person in the group who does. - (9) Specification of flags other than official flags
・Pole size (m) *Limited to within 2m.
・Flag size Length x Width (m) *Limited to length 1m x width 1.3m or less (Limited to smaller than official flag L size)
・Design *Please be sure to attach an image or design drawing of the flag. - (10) Desired posting area

- ・If all the necessary information is not entered (including attachment of images or design drawings), advance application cannot be accepted.
- ・As soon as the confirmation work is completed, the club will contact you, so if you have specified a domain in your email reception settings, you will be able to receive reply emails from (@urawa-reds.co.jp). Please set to Please note that the confirmation process may take up to a month.
- ・The personal information you provide will be used for communication from the club regarding this matter and will be handled appropriately.
