Access to Saitama Stadium 2002 can be broadly divided into:
There are shuttle buses, trains, and bicycles (motorbikes) available from Saitama City Surrounding Stations.
*Currently, due to the influence of the new coronavirus infection, the operation status varies depending on the game, so please check each game information for operation information.
- Head to Urawa-Misono Station on the Saitama Rapid Railway Saitama Stadium Line
- There are no traffic jams on the train. If you are concerned about the kick-off time, take the Saitama Rapid Railway Saitama Stadium Line and walk from Urawa-Misono Station (about 20 minutes on foot). The maximum number of people who can take the shuttle bus from Urawa Station is 4,500. Saitama Rapid Railway Saitama Stadium Line is the safest way to go. Also, on the way back after the game, transfer at Urawa-Misono Station and Higashi-Kawaguchi Station will be crowded. Take the shuttle bus to Urawa Station and Kitakoshigaya Station.
- Leave home to arrive at Urawa-Misono Station 1 hour before the game starts
- The stadium is a 20-minute walk from Urawa-Misono Station. However, the stadium with a capacity of 63,700 people is large inside, so it takes time to reach the seats from there. Line up at the gate for baggage inspection, go up the pedestrian deck, enter the concourse, and take a seat in the stands. I want to stop by the restrooms and shops, and I have to buy an MDP. So, let's arrive at Urawa-Misono Station one hour before and start walking towards the stadium.
- Let's buy a "return" ticket to go
- After the game, the station is crowded with people. There is also a long queue at the ticket office. Buy your return ticket when you arrive at JR Higashi-Kawaguchi Station or Urawa-Misono Station. In addition, if you have a Suica or PASMO card on the Saitama Rapid Railway Saitama Stadium Line, Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, or JR, you can easily use the ticket gates.
- Precautions when visiting
-
- As there is no general parking lot on the grounds of the stadium on the match start date, please use public transportation. (The club cannot advise you on the location of the 'private' parking lots around the stadium as they vary widely.)
- 1.2 km from Saitama Rapid Railway Saitama Stadium Line "Urawamisono Station" (about 20 minutes on foot)
- From the Urawa area, transfer to the Musashino Line at Minami-Urawa Station and head to Higashi-Kawaguchi Station. At Higashi-Kawaguchi Station, change to the Saitama Rapid Railway Saitama Stadium Line and Urawa-Misono Station is one station away.
- From Tokyo, take the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line from Komagome Station (Yamanote Line) or Oji Station (Keihin-Tohoku Line). The Tokyo Metro Namboku Line is connected to the Saitama Rapid Railway Saitama Stadium Line, and you can go to Urawa-Misono Station without changing trains.
