On the 10th, Shusaku Nishikawa visited Saitama Municipal Eiwa Elementary School as part of Urawa Reds hometown activities based on their philosophy. His aim was to contribute to the healthy development of young people and to help local children feel closer to the club and its players through interaction with them, and to congratulate the graduating sixth graders.

On the day of the ceremony, Nishikawa made a surprise appearance from behind all the sixth-graders who had gathered in the gymnasium for graduation ceremony practice. Nishikawa's sudden appearance surprised the children, and they erupted in cheers.
Nishikawa personally sent a message to the sixth-graders who will be graduating this spring, and presented a representative student with an original Urawa Reds ballpoint pen and an invitation flyer to watch a home game in the 2026 season as a graduation gift.





Afterward, they held a ball-passing rally and a rock-paper-scissors tournament with the children. Furthermore, as a second surprise of the day after the rock-paper-scissors tournament, they signed an autograph board and presented it to a child who was celebrating their birthday that day. They also spent time interacting with the children, singing a birthday song together.

To conclude the exchange, Nishikawa sent the following message to the children.
"As you all become junior high school students, you'll start to decide what you want to do, and perhaps what you don't want to do. If there's something you're not good at or something that's tough for you, I hope you'll watch a Urawa Reds Trial and find it a little distraction. I'll also be playing my best on the pitch, so please come to the stadium and cheer me on!"

Although it was a short time, it was a time filled with smiles from beginning to end.
The school visit for the day concluded with the children seeing the visitors off through a flower-lined path they had created.
