[Comment from Technical Director Nozomi Ikenishi]
I was born in Urawa and before I could even remember, I would go to Urawa Komaba Stadium with my parents and older brother, and later played soccer at Urawa Reds academy.

After graduating from the academy, I was unable to return to Urawa as a professional soccer player, but I always wanted to dedicate myself to Urawa one day, and I am very happy to have been given this opportunity.

Urawa Reds is a club with a long history in the J.League, and I will work with the utmost respect for all those who have built Urawa Reds to this day, understand the history that has been built up, and do my best to move the club forward to an even better situation during my time with the club.

I will continue to work hard every day, feeling grateful to the club that has helped me and the many people that I have learned from within it.

We will continue to work hard to share the joy with all those involved with Urawa Reds, including our fans, supporters, partners, and local residents.
