Recently, we have confirmed that some of our players have received defamatory and libelous direct messages and comments on their personal social media accounts.

Urawa Reds absolutely does not tolerate these actions. Not only do they have a physical and mental impact on the people involved, but they are a clear violation of human rights that goes beyond criticism or reprimand and threatens their dignity.

We believe that it is most important to respect the human rights of all players and staff and to maintain an environment in which they can concentrate on playing and their activities with peace of mind. At the same time, we recognize that the human rights of all fans and supporters who support us should also be respected, and that healthy communication with players and staff should be maintained.

Social media is an important communication platform that connects players, staff, fans, and supporters, allowing them to share their thoughts. For this reason, we sincerely hope that we can all treat each other with respect and consideration, and foster healthy relationships.
