伊藤敦樹が川口警察署の一日警察署長に就任
On the 10th, Atsuki Ito was appointed as Kawaguchi Police Station's Chief for the Day, and assisted in public relations activities for the theft prevention campaign at AEON Mall Kawaguchi Maekawa.

This is the second time that a top team player has served as police chief for a day, following Shusaku Nishikawa last year. As July 10th has been designated as Anti-Shoplifting Day, the event was organised in collaboration with Saitama Prefectural Police as a crime prevention and crime prevention awareness campaign to prevent shoplifting.
Ito, who appeared at the venue dressed in a police uniform, was greeted with applause from the approximately 500 attendees, including shoppers at the shopping mall and fans and supporters wearing Urawa Reds uniforms.

After receiving the letter of appointment from Kawaguchi Police Station and taking up the role of one-day police chief, Ito said with a nervous look on his face, "I feel humbled to be able to wear a uniform that is rarely available. I am very honored." When asked what he values in his role as the new captain, he answered, "As a leader, a sense of responsibility is important. I would like to work as one-day police chief with a sense of responsibility."

Afterwards, they took part in a patrol within the store, distributing pamphlets and educational items calling for the prevention of shoplifting, while also deepening their interactions with many fans and supporters.

"Through activities like today's, we hope to raise awareness of the high incidence of shoplifting in Saitama Prefecture and to help prevent shoplifting by raising awareness of crime prevention.
I'm glad that you came out in this heat today, and it was a great opportunity to have a chance to interact with the children. I hope to continue to participate in events like this in the future."
