"Talk on Together 2026/27" will be held.

On the 28th, the “Urawa Reds Talk on Together 2026/27” was held at the Saitama Kaikan Small Hall. The purpose of this event was to exchange views with fans and supporters on topics such as this season’s club vision and team development, and to deepen mutual understanding.A total of 263 people, selected by lottery from approximately 1,300 applicants, attended the event.

This event, originally called "Urawa Reds Season 2000 Discussion Meeting," was held in 2000 when Urawa Reds were relegated to J2. Its purpose was to reunite fans, supporters, the club, and the team to fight together and achieve a return to J1 in just one year. Since then, it has been held almost every year under the name "The Discussion Meeting." From 2007 onwards, the name was changed to "Talk on Together" and it continued under that name. However, it was interrupted due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even after the pandemic subsided, it was not held again for some time, making this the first event in approximately six years since January 30, 2020.

This time, TBS announcer Toshiyuki Doi served as the moderator, and the club was represented by President and CEO Minoru Shimizu and Sports Director (SD) Satoshi Horinouchi. In addition, Urawa Reds alumnus Yuichiro Nagai participated as a panelist.

In the first part, after giving an opening address, Representative Shimizu explained the club's vision and policies.
Based on the four policies he set forth upon taking office—"rebuilding a sense of unity," "establishing a strong team foundation," "expanding the financial base," and "providing a safe viewing environment"—he spoke about his thoughts and initiatives on each, particularly emphasizing the importance of rebuilding a sense of unity with fans and supporters and the importance of dialogue.

Next, Horinouchi explained the team's strengthening policy, its current status, and the beliefs he holds dear. During both presentations, relevant materials were displayed on the screen.

The second part consisted of a talk session in which Mr. Nagai asked questions to Mr. Horinouchi. Mr. Nagai asked specific questions about things like Coach Cho Kwi Jae jae's training and the players' condition.

The third part was a Q&A session, during which Shimizu and Horinouchi each answered questions that had been submitted in advance as well as questions from the audience.
The questions mainly focused on club management and team building, including specific goals for this season, approaches to strengthening the team, and the relationship between the club's financial situation and player recruitment. Both parties shared their thoughts on each topic.

The Q&A session continued beyond the scheduled end time, and after a lively exchange of opinions, "Talk on Together 2026/27" concluded.

[President and CEO: Minoru Shimizu]
"We intend to carefully incorporate the questions and opinions we received from everyone this time into our future activities. While there are physical limitations to whether we can hold this meeting two or three times a year, we as a club want to take seriously the fact that our fans and supporters are seeking information. We will have a thorough discussion within the club about what actions we can take."
Today was a very good opportunity, so I would like to continue to be more proactive in sharing my thoughts and approaches with the club in the future."
