We would like to announce that Hiroshi Ochiai, who has served as captain of Urawa Reds Heart-full Club for many years, will be retiring at the end of March 2027.

Ochiai has played a central role since the establishment of Heart-full Club in 2003, and has vigorously promoted Heart-full Club 's activities both domestically and internationally based on the philosophy of "nurturing hearts through soccer."
The passionate approach to instruction and the careful, personalized guidance provided to each child have earned the deep trust of many participants and stakeholders, and have greatly contributed to the development of Heart-full Club.
Please note that 2026 will be Ochiai's final year as captain of Heart-full Club, but he will continue his activities as before.

Regarding the future "Captain" position, we do not currently plan to appoint a successor. However, Heart-full Club will continue to operate Heart-full School, elementary school class support, Reds Kids Soccer, and Caravan programs from April 2027 onwards.
