I'm Tsunagaryu Nuu, the PR character for Saitama City. I'm a descendant of the master of the Minuma rice fields, and my birthday is May 1st. I'm kind and honest and thoughtful of my friends, but I can be a bit clumsy at times. My cool mustache and cute tail are my charm points. This is Riku, the eldest of the Saipon 3 Brothers, the mascots of the Saitama Regional Cooperation Headquarters of the Japan Self-Defense Forces. Born on November 11, 2011, he is one of triplets and is characterized by his resemblance to a rhinoceros and the magatama, the symbol of Saitama Prefecture. He is a kind-hearted Japanese boy with a serious and cautious personality, and although he is sometimes teased by his brothers Umi and Sora, he can show incredible power when it matters.

This is Heartra-chan, the official character of the Japanese Red Cross Society, who lives in the forest of Heartland. Her birthday is May 8th. She has a kind and gentle personality and cannot ignore people who are suffering, but at times she shows remarkable initiative. Her trademark is the red cross mark on her forehead that she was born with, and her special skill is her ability to speak languages with people, animals, and plants all over the world.

Hopetan, the mascot character of the Co-op Deli Group, was created to represent "a scene where you enjoy Co-op's safe, secure, and fresh ingredients at your table, and the food is so delicious that your cheeks almost fall off."

Poinco" is the character of docomo's d-points. The two brothers are "Poinco", a kind brother who loves his younger brother, and "Poinco", a pampered little brother who loves to eat. They came to support Urawa Reds as a PR campaign for the "Poyinko J Campaign" in which d-points accumulated by customers will be rewarded to Urawa Reds. Manatee
This character is from NEXCO East Japan's "HEARTFUL HIGHWAY" campaign to improve highway manners. This mysterious creature resembles a manatee and has a gentle and calm personality, but works hard to convey manners and rules so that people can use the highway safely and comfortably. It appears on posters in service areas and parking areas, as well as at various events, calling on every driver to understand the importance of considerate driving.
"Ikanzame"
A shark-like character who works alongside Manatee. He's a "bad example" of someone who often forgets to follow highway etiquette and causes trouble. He's impatient and a little selfish, but through his actions, he plays a role in clearly explaining "driving that you shouldn't do." He's a great supporting character who humorously conveys the importance of highway etiquette while being reprimanded by Manatee.

Kamupiyo is the official character of "Kamukamu Lemon". His favorite food is sour things, especially "Kamukamu Lemon"! "Nice to meet you, pii!"
