A tire roller is a machine used to compact materials such as soil and asphalt at civil engineering and construction sites such as roads, airports, and dams.
This machine uses pneumatic tires positioned at the front and rear of the vehicle to apply static pressure using the weight of the machine, effectively compacting the rice by utilizing the properties of the tires and their kneading action (when making rice balls, the rice grains move in all directions, reducing the gaps and making them firmer).
It is suitable for compacting embankment subgrades and base courses, and for surface finishing of asphalt pavements.
The rear of the vehicle is equipped with an automatic brake to ensure safe operation.
