REX TICKET merchandise purchasing service has started!
Thank you very much for your continued support of Urawa Reds.
Urawa Reds official ticket site "REX TICKET" has launched a new service that allows customers to purchase standard merchandise such as towel scarves, uniforms, and stuffed toys at the same time as purchasing Trial tickets.
By securing your merchandise in advance, you can enjoy watching Trial more smoothly.

How to use
1. Select the ticket for Trial you want to watch




2. After selecting your tickets, click "Purchase merchandise at the same time here" and select the merchandise you want.




3. Pay for tickets and merchandise vouchers together

*After purchase is complete, a game ticket and merchandise exchange voucher will be issued.



About receiving goods
・Goods can only be exchanged at the venue on the day of Trial.
Please note that we do not provide delivery services.
・On Trial days, please present your merchandise exchange QR ticket at the merchandise collection area in the fan shop in the south plaza outside the stadium.
・Please collect your merchandise within the designated time. (Membership collection times are from 4 hours before the start Trial to the start of Trial.)

Precautions
・Simultaneous merchandise purchases are available from the advance sales date for each category until 10 days before Trial date.
・Simultaneous merchandise purchases are only available if you purchase a QR ticket.
・This service is not available if you select a paper ticket.
・Merchandise exchange tickets are not eligible for the resale service.
・If you are unable to collect your ticket on the day, you can exchange it at the South Gate Ticket Information Desk on the day of the next Trial at Saitama Stadium 2002.
​Please note that your right to redeem your ticket will be invalid after the above date.
