1. Service outage due to system maintenance on February 1st
Due to system maintenance on Sunday, February 1st, the following services, which require you to log in with your REX CLUB membership card number, will be unavailable.
The scheduled maintenance time is all day on February 1st.

2. Regarding logging in to your REX CLUB My Page when your membership number changes due to a new LOYALTY (season ticket) membership, name change, or card membership card reissue, etc.

・All those who have applied for a new season ticket or changed the name using their current REX CLUB membership card number.
・Everyone who has had their card membership card reissued due to loss or other reasons

For members who fall under the above category, your membership card number will be changed during MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE. From mid-January onwards, you will be unable to log in to your REX CLUB My Page using your current membership card number in preparation for MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE. Due to system maintenance on Sunday, February 1st, we will be temporarily suspending applications for "REGULAR (paid membership)" from 5:00 PM (Sat) January 31st.
Also, Convenience store payment for annual membership fees will not be available from Sunday, January 25th to (Sat), January 31st. Credit card payments will be accepted until 5:00 PM (Sat) January 31st.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

・New members can be registered through the REX CLUB page on Urawa Reds official website. After registering as a WHITE member (free member), please register as a REGULAR member (paid member).

4. Procedures for continuing membership in the REX CLUB REGULAR for 2025
If you have not completed your renewal registration by 5:00 PM (Sat) January 31st, you will become a WHITE member from Sunday, February 1st onwards. You will no longer be able to receive REGULAR service programs.
If you wish to renew your membership, please go to My Page and complete the procedure yourself by clicking [Click here to renew/join as a REGULAR (paid member)], or check the payment settings for the automatic renewal of your REGULAR membership for MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE which will be implemented on Saturday, February 1st (Sat) and then complete the procedure.

5. New and continuing membership procedures for WHITE (free membership)
・New members can be registered through Urawa Reds official website REX CLUB page. 2025 WHITE members will automatically continue to be registered as WHITE members during MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE.
There is no need for you to take any new steps in preparation for MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE period.

6. Points awarded at the online shop
Points for purchases made at the online shop will be automatically awarded approximately one week after the product is shipped. Points will be awarded based on the award rate for the member's category and stage as of the point award date. Please note that points will not be awarded on the day the product is purchased.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the online shop confirming that your order has been shipped.

7. REX POINT expiration date
REX POINTS that expire at the end of this fiscal year can be used until (Sat) January 31st. You can check this by going to "Expiration Dates for This Year" on your REX CLUB My Page. Please note that points that have passed their expiration date will expire and will no longer be usable.

8.Meiji MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE Card Membership Card
・Loyalty and Regular members who have been promoted to a higher level and have applied for a card membership card will have their card sent to their registered address.Regular membership cards will be valid for life unless the card number is changed due to loss, etc.

・Regular Redsland and White members will not be issued membership cards.
Please use the digital membership card that can be displayed on your My Page. It can be used in the same way as your card membership card. Please use the digital membership card if you are waiting for your card membership card to arrive or if you do not have a card membership card with the latest membership card number printed on it.
