(1) Log in to the REX CLUB member page from your computer or smartphone.
(2) Click on the "FanFan Quiz 2025 Application Form [A total of 220 people will win luxurious prizes!]"
(3) Select the prize you would like to receive, enter your answers to the quiz questions and other necessary information in the application form, and submit your application.
