We would like to inform you about the handling of support items and the booth for dropping off bouquets and gifts at Shinzo Koroki retirement Trial to be held on (Sat) December 13th.

Regarding the handling of URAWA REDS 2017 support items
At Urawa Reds, support items can be displayed in accordance with the rules set by the club.
Support items to be used exclusively at Shinzo Koroki retirement Trial will also be available on a pre-application basis (URAWA REDS 2017 side only), so if you would like to display them, please apply in advance using the details below.
*Support items that have already been applied for in advance with Urawa Reds can also be displayed at Shinzo Koroki retirement Trial.
*No application is required for KASHIMA ANTLERS 2007-09 support items. Please note that they can only be displayed in the Kashima unreserved seating area.

Support items that can be displayed after application is completed
Banners, message banners, flags, gate flags
*For this Trial only, applications for gate flags will also be accepted.
*Anything that violates Urawa Red Diamonds Trial management regulations cannot be displayed.
- Anything that expresses or suggests political, ideological or religious principles, opinions or ideas.
- Content that contains discriminatory or insulting content or expressions
・Anything that is not recognized as having the purpose of supporting or encouraging players or teams.
- Anything that may interfere with the running of the tournament
- Content or expressions that are contrary to public order and morals
- Anything else that the club deems inappropriate

・This application is limited to support items that you would like to display only at Shinzo Koroki retirement Trial.

Regarding display rules for Shinzo Koroki retirement Trial
The measures taken at Shinzo Koroki retirement Trial will not change the rules established by Urawa Reds regarding displays at stadiums during J.League Trial. This will only apply to this Trial, with the aim of conveying gratitude to Shinzo Koroki.

About bouquets and gifts
For this Trial, we will be setting up a booth to accept bouquets and gifts for Shinzo Koroki.
If you have any gifts for Shinzo Koroki, such as bouquets or scarves, please bring them to the drop-off booth below and leave them with club staff. We appreciate your cooperation.

・Approximately 60 minutes from the end of Trial to the end of the ceremony

The club will take full responsibility for delivering the gifts that we have received to Shinzo Koroki.
*We will also accept bouquets and gifts for players and staff other than Shinzo Koroki. Please bring them to the collection booth before kick-off so that they can be handed over to the players and staff.
