2025 season planning objectives
The purpose of this project is to select "people who will pave the way for the future" from among the young Urawa Reds Reds players.
The award is decided based on the total distance run during Trial and the combined points of the "fan and supporter voting" conducted twice a year, and the player with the most votes will be the winner.
The 2025 season will see a further evolution from the previous season, with a new selection method being introduced in which fans and supporters will vote twice a year (first around June / second around December). Votes will be based on the performance of players in the first and second halves of the season. By combining players' "total running distance" with the voices of supporters, this project will attract continuous attention throughout the season.
The "total distance traveled", which is used to select the winners, is positioned as a symbolic statistic for this project for the following reasons:
- Represents the power and driving performance of the Outlander PHEV and Mitsubishi Motors' lineup.
・Symbolizes Urawa Reds' team concept of "seamless offense and defense, playing without letting the opponent rest"

How the winners will be selected and who will be selected
- Selection method: Selected based on total distance traveled (1km = 1 vote) and the total number of votes received from fans and supporters twice a year.
・Target players: Players who are under the team's average age (27 years old) at the end of the final round (12/6)
* Those who are not currently enrolled in Urawa Reds at the time of the awards announcement (scheduled for around January 2026) are not eligible.

Total distance traveled
The calculations will be based on the stats Trial played as a Urawa Reds player in the J League (excluding cup matches) provided by Data Stadium Co., Ltd. Progress updates will be posted on Reds Vehicle's social media accounts and special website.

How fans and supporters can vote
The survey will be conducted through the REX Club's survey function. We will announce the results on the special website and on social media before the start of each voting period.

This project has been carried out twice so far, in the 2023 and 2024 seasons, and received an overwhelming response when a Triton was presented to Atsuki Ito in the 2023 season and an Outlander PHEV was presented to Ryoma Watanabe in the 2024 season.
