We are pleased to announce that the coaching structure for Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School for 2025 has been decided.
Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School aims to improve soccer skills and develop well-rounded people through appropriate instruction for children from preschoolers (2-3 years old) to elementary school students.
Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School aims to "produce players who can play for top teams and on the world stage" and "develop rich people and become human beings through soccer". The school will provide training that utilizes Urawa Reds Academy's teaching method (Diamond Method) as well as various other teaching methods that Urawa Reds have cultivated over the years, such as "Heartful Mind".
The coaching staff will be made up of experienced instructors, primarily former Urawa Reds players and former Urawa Reds Academy coaches, who will provide high-quality instruction.
The Urawa Reds club is able to exist as a part of "Urawa, the city of soccer" thanks to our predecessors who have nurtured and passed on the 110-year history and tradition of Saitama soccer, our partners, our hometown, and all our fans and supporters.
We would like to fully understand your thoughts and feelings, and work together with you to realize a healthy and prosperous society.

In the future, we would like to produce "local players" from among the children who have been exposed to the greatness of sports and soccer through our Academy Soccer School, who will go on to play for Urawa Reds or Urawa Reds Ladies and play in Japan, Asia, and the world. This would be one way of giving back to the people of Urawa, the city of soccer.
