Starting from the 2025 season, we have introduced a "Season Ticket Seat Change Service" for season ticket holders (IC card only).
With this service, season tickets are awarded a "rights amount" set for each Trial, and you can change or repurchase your seats through J.League Ticket. (The rights amount is set for each type of seat on your season ticket.)

You can not only change your season ticket to a different seat of the same type, but also upgrade (downgrade) to a different seat type. You can also purchase tickets for companions at the same time.

For the match against Yokohama F･Marinos on Sunday, April 20th, the bonus amount will be 50% more than usual!
Tickets for accompanying persons will be more affordable than usual, so please invite your family, friends and acquaintances to come along.

For example, if a season ticket holder with a Reds seat changes to a different seat of the same type, they will purchase a ticket for a companion (adult) who is not a season ticket holder at the same time.

Precautions
・To use this service, you must link your J.League ID and One Touch Pass ID.
・You can register a new J.League ID when logging in to your One Touch Pass My Page.

・You can only use the season ticket rights for one seat per transaction; you cannot combine the season ticket rights for two or more seats and use them at the same time.
・You cannot change to a seat type that has already sold out in general sales at the time of processing.
- If a price difference occurs due to downgrading, that amount will not be refunded.
・Once the service is completed, the original season ticket seats will be resold to the general public. Therefore, you cannot cancel the transaction after it has been completed and get your season ticket rights back.
・A handling fee of 220 yen (tax included) will be charged for each change or purchase. The right amount does not apply to the handling fee.
・If you have a reserved seat with a season ticket and change to a non-reserved seat, you will not be able to participate in the lottery for the "Home supporter's seat priority admission." You will be able to enter through the north gate after those who have participated in the lottery admission (before general ticket admission).
Please bring your LOYALTY membership card as we will need to check it.
・If you use this service to change to a reserved seat (including season ticket holders who change to a reserved seat), you can enter from the South Gate from 3 hours and 15 minutes before kickoff. Before the gates open, please line up in the season ticket reserved seat waiting area located in front of the South Gate.
Please bring your newly acquired ticket (QR ticket) and your LOYALTY membership card as we will need to check them.
・If you use this service to purchase a companion ticket for someone who is not a season ticket holder, your companion will be admitted through general admission on the day of Trial. (Season ticket priority admission is not available.)
