On the 9th, Urawa Reds Supporters Association held their '1st Steward Training Session of 2025' in the Saitama Stadium Conference Room.

The steward (volunteer) activities that support the management of home Trial began at the renewal ceremony held in August 1995 to mark the completion of the second renovation of Komaba Stadium, and this year marks the 30th anniversary of these activities.
Approximately 50 members of Urawa Reds Supporters' Club steward staff participated in this training session. They shared information ahead of the start of the 2025 season and received training on how to handle visitors.



In the first part, there was a review of the 2024 season and confirmation of the 2025 season.

First, on behalf of the organizers, Chairman of Urawa Reds Supporters Association, Kazunori Inomata, gave a speech, saying, "Your efforts from now on will be important as we approach the 30th anniversary of our steward activities."



Afterwards, Makoto Taguchi, representative of Urawa Red Diamonds Co., Ltd., gave a speech, expressing his gratitude to the steward staff for their daily support. He also touched on the current situation of the club, the men's top team, and the ladies top team, and said, "Victory is important for our world-class fans, supporters, and stewards."



Next, Urawa Reds Competition Management Headquarters shared information about the club's management goals and changes to management for the 2025 season, followed by an explanation of the current situation and goals of the stewards, the group's activities, and plans for the 2025 season. At the end of the first part, an award ceremony was held for activities in the 2024 season.

The second part was a social gathering where the stewards were able to deepen their interactions with each other and club staff.
Reds brand ambassador Masayuki Okano also appeared as a surprise guest, chatting with the stewards and livening up the venue.
Afterwards, video messages from the coaches and players were aired, with Urawa Reds manager Maciej Skorza and Shusaku Nishikawa, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Urawa Reds Ladies Yu Endo and Hana Takahashi Hana conveying their gratitude for the daily matches and their enthusiasm for Trial.

In the third part, a voice improvement training session was held with the cooperation of the Voice Improvement Promotion Association, a general incorporated association, with the aim of enabling participants to communicate better with visitors.
"Voice polishing" is a training method that combines breathing techniques, vocal techniques, and exercises to train facial muscles, and is a training that not only improves daily communication but also leads to improved health.

His next steward duties are scheduled for the men's first team on Sunday, March 2nd and the women's Trial team on Monday, March 3rd.
