If you would like to have your name and number imprinted, please be sure to apply by the deadline.

Please note that the use of names and numbers for players who will be transferring or leaving the team at the end of the 2024 season will end on Thursday, January 30, 2025.
*Only players who were on the roster as of December 8th (the final match of the 2024 Meiji Yasuda J1 League) will be accepted.

Processing fee: 4,400 yen (tax included)
How to check in
(1) Bring your uniform to Red Voltage
(2) Fill out the application form at the store
(3) We will take care of your uniform and return it to you within about three weeks.
(4) When you receive the laminated uniform, you will pay the processing fee.
*We do not offer crimping services via mail.
