Trial-match comments
Maciej Skorza
(Head Coach)
- "I think the team did a good job, given the difficult circumstances of playing an away game against last year's champions, and with many new players. Although we had some unlucky moments, such as having a Trial disallowed, I think we were very close to winning, so I'm not completely satisfied.
I am pleased with how the players maintained discipline and continued to execute tactics with a high level of intensity. They have the skills and quality, so I think they will be able to keep the ball more effectively in the final third in future Trial.
We have Trial more difficult away Trial coming up, but we want to get three points instead of just one like we did today, so we'll take that as a positive and get ready to go."
Opponent team comment
Takayuki Yoshida
(Head Coach)
- "We wanted to get three points at home, but we ended up with just one, and I'm sorry to all the supporters who came to the match.
As for Trial, the content wasn't that good, and we weren't able to play our own style of football, so I think we're taking a positive approach to the one point we got. In the first half, the opponent picked up some of the second balls and took the initiative. In the second half, we focused on simple second balls, one-on-one play, and playing close to the ball, and I think we were able to show that spirit to a certain extent in the second half.
Although there were a lot of accidents and it was difficult, I think all the players did their best to win."
