- “Today we were playing against a team that was very disciplined and played with high intensity. This kind of confrontation is often seen in cup matches in different categories.
In the first half, we weren't able to build up as much as we wanted to do, and we weren't able to create many chances. At halftime, we made three substitutions to inject fresh energy, and at the same time, a little bit of space was created, and Atsuki (Ito) showed his quality again and was able to score the winning goal. (Ohata) Ayumu had a chance, but we couldn't get another point, so we played responsibly until the very end.
It was a match that required a lot of hard work, and I'm glad that we achieved our goal of winning and moving on to the next round. Considering our situation in today's match, I don't want to evaluate the style too much. This game was our 30th game of the season.
