- "Today was a very bad game, Trial we played very poorly. We were unable to increase our speed in the first half in particular, which was bad. I think our performance improved a little after we made substitutions, but in order to win today's Trial, we had to play for 120 minutes.

- "I thought that if we had conceded goals early on, including at the start of the first half, it would have been a tough game. To avoid a repeat of our match against Cerezo Osaka in the last tournament, we aimed to keep the score at zero, or if we did concede goals, to just one, and I think we did well in the first half.
I have the impression that we had a few chances but couldn't score and couldn't win. We knew that it would be Trial with few chances, and if we couldn't score, it would be a difficult Trial. Rather than creating more chances than that, I think it was important to score when we had those chances.
Urawa also created many chances and had many high-quality shots. Our goalkeeper and defense were able to block some of the shots, but overall, the quality was very high.
