- "Kofu played good defense and it was a tough game. Kofu has beaten higher-ranked teams, 2-0 against Hiroshima and 3-0 against Kashima, so we expected it to be a tough game. We had prepared the offensive moves we wanted to make, but unfortunately they didn't work out as we had hoped. However, the players fought with a very strong desire to win. We didn't create many good attacking opportunities, but it's not easy to break through when the opponent is retreating to their own half.
We gave away a decisive chance in the first half, but Yamagishi made a great save to stop it. Other than that, I don't think we gave away any real chances. We were able to take a one-point lead from a penalty kick, but it was disappointing that we were caught up at the end. However, we have eight Trial left, so although it's a painful loss of two points in terms of competing for the league championship, we want to fight with all our might to take the top spot."

- "Even though we were away, the supporters who came all the way from Yamanashi greeted us in their blue and red livery, which gave us encouragement. Thanks to all of you, I think we were able to play with all our might until the end. As for the game, we knew that the opponents would have possession, but we kept in mind how the Reds have changed their approach in the past two or three Trial, and I think we were able to prevent them from doing so at the end. They broke down a few times on the right side, but I don't think there were any decisive moments that made us look up to the sky. I think the only one was a penalty kick from a free kick. I told the players that if we stayed at 0-1, we would definitely have a chance, and I think they have recently developed that mentality. We wanted to use the width of the 68-meter pitch to carry the ball and break down the sides a little more, but I think we were able to show an attitude of attacking all the way to the attacking third. Of course, the number of shots is not everything, but I think that having more shots than the Reds at Saitama Stadium is proof that we have cleared one of our challenges. I think that God smiled on us because we held on at 0-1 at the end, and the ball flew to Aoyama's head."
