- "Despite the harsh weather today, I think both teams played very well. In the first half, I felt we played our usual style of football, and we should have taken advantage of those chances.
In the second half, we conceded a goal from our own mistake, and then conceded a second goal in quick succession. With a 0-2 lead, we brought in offensive players and took risks to attack. If Sekiguchi had scored his chance, the game might have ended at 1-2 and become uncertain. That chance was also very disruptive, and I think it was a good attack.
Although we lost, I think Urawa played good offensive football. The teams we face often play very defensive tactics, but we want to continue to play offensive football. We created many chances today, and what we lacked in this Trial was converting those chances.
Koroki 's chance in the first half was a very beautiful breakthrough. I was disappointed that we didn't get that chance. Although we lost, I think the Nagoya supporters who came to watch enjoyed the game.
We won the match against Iwata, but I scolded the players. We lost today, but I don't think it was a game where we should have scolded the players. What we lacked were goals, and if we had scored first, I think the result would have been different. I think the important thing is to keep fighting without losing sight of our direction."
