- "I think both teams played a great game today. I think it was a rare, great battle between the best teams in Japan.
We lost so it's not easy to comment after that.
As the manager of the Reds, I don't know if I can see things objectively, but I think our team fought very well. I think we were able to launch dangerous attacks with ideas many times, and we created many scoring opportunities.
However, in such an important Trial, we conceded two very naive goals. On the other hand, we were unable to convert the many chances we had, and that's why we lost. In such an important match, if you can't convert your chances, or conversely, allow the opponent to score goals with the few chances they have, it's Trial to get a result. I think that these aspects determined the outcome of today's match.
