To all fans and supporters

We would like to express our deepest condolences to all those who lost their lives in the recent Noto Peninsula earthquake, and our heartfelt sympathies to all those affected.
We would also like to express our deepest respect to all those who are working tirelessly to provide relief to those affected by the disaster and to support the reconstruction of the affected areas.

Today marks the end of the men's top team's approximately three-week training camp in Okinawa, and the 2024 season will begin in Hiroshima on Friday, February 23rd (national holiday).
As we approach the start of the new season, we would like to share with you, the fans and supporters who are part of Urawa Reds Urawa Reds and who we hope will be our biggest supporters, the club's thoughts and efforts for the 2024 season.

First of all, as a premise, as mentioned in "Looking back on the 2023 season and looking ahead to the 2024 season," the incident of violation of Trial management regulations that occurred in the fourth round of last year's Emperor's Cup JFA 103rd All Japan Football Championship against Nagoya Grampus is a matter of society being asked of us Urawa Reds, how we respond to it and how we move forward. All club staff will never forget this and will continue to operate the club with sincerity.

In particular, we recognize that one of the most important issues is the realization of "a safe, comfortable, and exciting packed stadium" as stated in the club philosophy. Therefore, as a concrete measure for the 2024 season, in order to build a system that allows us to focus more on Trial management and security management, we have separated the competition management department from the marketing department and established a new headquarters, the "Competition Management Department."
We will tackle each and every challenge sincerely, keeping in mind that organizational restructuring is merely a means to an end, and that the realization of a "safe, comfortable, exciting, packed stadium" is something that not only the Competition Management Headquarters but the entire club must strive to achieve, and not only the club but also together with all of our fans and supporters.

I would also like to explain the price revisions to spectator tickets, which is an important component in creating a "safe, comfortable, exciting, packed stadium."
Urawa Reds hopes that as many people as possible, regardless of age or gender, will fall in love with Urawa Reds and that they will enjoy supporting the team.
On the other hand, in response to the increase in various costs associated with the recent rise in prices, we have made efforts as a company to streamline and improve the efficiency of our operations, but it has become difficult to absorb the increased costs through corporate efforts alone.
Given this situation, we have made the difficult decision to revise the prices of some of our seat types.
There were various opinions within the club regarding changing the price of match tickets, which are more than just a product; they directly reflect the feelings of Urawa Reds fans and supporters, and it is true that some of these were opposed.
However, we believe that what our fans and supporters want is for a "strong and attractive team" as stated in our club philosophy to continue competing in Japan, Asia, and the world, so we have decided to implement a price increase, imposing on ourselves the condition that we keep the increase to a minimum necessary rather than a uniform increase.
Specifically, we have taken measures such as leaving the prices for elementary, junior high, and high school students unchanged and subdividing some of the current seating types to minimize the scope of the price increases. However, these changes may not be satisfactory to all fans and supporters.
However, we hope you will understand that this is the result of careful consideration and honest dialogue on the part of Urawa Reds' current and future fans and supporters.

Additionally, as part of a ticket-related initiative, Urawa Reds will be offering an invitation campaign to elementary school students from 53 schools in the Urawa and Yono districts of Saitama City, the club's hometown, allowing them to purchase tickets for their accompanying persons at the same time.
As we have always done, we will never underestimate the value of match tickets, which represent the passion that fans and supporters have for their team, players, and club.
On the other hand, as stated in our club philosophy, our reason for being is to convey important values through soccer and other sports, to create a better and more prosperous community and society, and to pass it on to the next generation.
For Urawa Reds, the children living in our hometown are the next generation, our future, and our treasure.
The aim of this initiative is to provide children living in our hometown with an opportunity to experience soccer, Saitama Stadium, and the voices and applause of Urawa Reds supporters, and to get a real feel for Urawa, a city where soccer is alive and well as a cultural center. We hope that you will warmly welcome future fans and supporters.

In addition, as a measure for the next generation, the Urawa Reds Soccer Academy, which is celebrating its sixth year since its launch in 2019, will be renamed the Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School and restarted.
The school will carry on the current soccer school's aims of "producing top team and world-class players" and "developing rich people and humanity through soccer," while providing training using the coaching methods that Urawa Reds has cultivated thus far, such as the "Diamond Method," which is the coaching method of Urawa Reds Heart-full Club Urawa Reds Courses will be divided according to skill level, and a higher level training environment will be provided according to the ability of the students.
Through the activities of the newly launched "Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School," Urawa Reds Reds, as a member of society, will contribute to the healthy development of young people and aim to nurture players who will lead Urawa Reds into the future from "Urawa, the city of soccer."

Through these ideas and efforts, Urawa Reds will strive to run the club with integrity.
We will do our utmost to support the players and teams so that Urawa Reds and Urawa Reds Ladies can bring lots of joy and excitement to their fans and supporters.
Let's fight together this season too.
