This is an action that has been carried out for five consecutive years since the start of "Kono Yubi TomaREDS!"
This time, 25 organizations participated, the largest number ever, and donated supplies were delivered to 51 children's cafeterias, mainly in Saitama City, and to approximately 1,500 children.
In addition, Redia and club staff visited three children's cafeterias and participated in distribution events to hand over the presents directly to the children.

    Yuki Iwasaki (REDS Santa)

This time, I participated as a "REDS Santa" on that finger that was held high as if to say, "Come on, this finger!" As the activity details say, everyone has their own way of life, and I believe that each person has many challenges and worries in their lives. If "communication" is one of those challenges, I thought that our ecoco could help to solve it even a little, so I offered to support it however small my ability. Together with friends who share the same thoughts, we all solve problems together. I hope that this circle will spread even more children's smiles.

This was my first time participating in "REDS Santa." I've always thought it was a wonderful initiative and had always wanted to be involved, so I'm very happy that I was able to be involved for the first time. Our company is located in Wako City, and we hope to contribute to the revitalization of Saitama Prefecture through Urawa Reds, as well as to be a company that energizes the local community in Saitama Prefecture and society as a whole by actively participating in social contribution activities.
We hope that the scope of our activities will continue to expand through the network of Urawa Reds partner companies.

Mr. Koichi Akimoto (Food waste reduction)

We have previously partnered with Urawa Reds to hold food drives and collect small appliances on Sustainable Day. This year, in addition to these efforts, we promoted the Saitama City Hero Shopping Campaign. The campaign aims to promote and raise awareness of temaedori (a purchasing behavior in which products with a short expiration date are prioritized when eating immediately). We are very pleased that the campaign's kickoff event attracted the interest of many fans and supporters. We hope to continue working with everyone involved with Urawa Reds on various initiatives, so we appreciate your continued support.

In recent years, in addition to the various issues facing local communities, issues such as "natural disasters" and "global climate change" have also been brought to the forefront.
While continuing the efforts of the past five years, there are also an increasing number of issues that need to be addressed on a larger scale. In order to expand the scope of these activities, it is necessary for each individual, not just club staff, to take these issues personally and act accordingly.
Let's continue to unite the efforts of everyone involved with Urawa Reds and move forward together!
