The Urawa Reds youth team has the goal of nurturing the broad human qualities as well as the skills
that the young players will need as future first team professionals.
They learn and grow through experience of a wide variety of competitive matches.
This year, too, Reds Youth will be playing for trophies and also vying for places in the Satellite League, as the final stepping stone to the first team.
Six former youth team players are now in the first team squad and three current players, still at senior high school, have been registered to permit first team appearances.
