We will deliver the products that you applied for in advance at the point exchange window on your REX CLUB My Page.
Samples of the goods will also be on display, so please come and visit us. You will need your digital membership card or card membership card to pick them up.

You can register as a visitor by holding your membership card over the visitor terminal. Your history will be displayed on your REX CLUB My Page, and you can also accumulate REX POINTs, so please stop by.

REGULAR membership benefits exchange
We will give the membership benefit to those who have joined REX CLUB REGULAR and selected to pick it up at the stadium.
*If you select points, they will be awarded automatically.

Support Desk
You can join at the Trial venue, complete point exchange procedures*, register your point ticket, and check your held points.
*Point exchange will incur an additional handling fee.

Luggage storage booth
We will store large luggage such as suitcases until the end of Trial.
Please feel free to use this service if you would like to watch the game empty-handed or if you would like to temporarily store your luggage while attending an event.
