We will fight in a harsh reality-Team Manager Mischa

Comment from Team Manager Mischa the day before the J. League 3rd Sec against Consadole Sapporo

It is not something new to say but every match we are to play will be a tough match. Since Consadole Sapporo was promoted into J1, they have high motivations to do well in the League. Looking at their two previous matches, they were playing so well. They played a good tied match with Jubilo Iwata with the result of 0 to 0. Though they unfortunately lost the match against Vissel Kobe, Consadole Sapporo performed fantastically against them. I think they have done very well so far.

Nonetheless, I believe people expect us to win tomorrow. But, it will not be necessarily true. Urawa Reds struggled to remain in the J1 last season. People sometimes lose sight of reality. It is often true that we fail to see reality when we train ourselves.
But, as we won the past two official matches, we would like to keep this positive momentum going so that we can have another good result for the next match. I believe it is possible for us to win the next match so long as our players can show their strong determination and fighting spirit to win which they displayed since the start of the season and are able to maintain good stamina and discipline.

Though I am not the type of person who dwells on the players who cannot play, I must mention as a reality that many of our attackers are suffering from injuries at the moment namely Tatsuya, Sergio, Genki and Naoki. In regards to Sergio, he has not played in a match for over the past three months. As a result, the team has not had a chance to practice on their coordinated attack movements as combination plays with our full members. Therefore, we have a harsh reality surrounding us. Nonetheless, we must keep on fighting. Despite such a difficult situation, I regard my team as a fantastic team. So, I am sure we will be able to play a good match tomorrow.
