Matsumoto Yamaga F.C. is a team where all the team members share the same intense hard work, and are known for bold attacks that move from a solid defense into the enemy's territory.
Last season, they dominated the J2 league with a solid showing, scoring 54 goals and conceding only 34 in 42 Trial.
In the third round of the Meiji Yasuda J1 League away game against Matsumoto Yamaga F.C., #30 Shinzo Koroki 's penalty kick was Pts, and Urawa Reds, showing an aggressive attitude on both offense and defense, achieved their first league victory.
Matsumoto Yamaga F.C. has transferred ace #7 Maeda Daizen, who was called up to Japan's national team for the Copa America this summer, but they need to be careful of attacks that come from a solid defense and the whole team working hard.
Urawa Reds defense, led by #5 Tomoaki Makino, will likely be able to stop Matsumoto Yamaga F.C. 's offense. The Urawa Reds offense, led by #30 Koroki, will be looking to score with aggressive attacks.
The biggest feature of Matsumoto Yamaga F.C. is undoubtedly its supporters, who are all dressed in green, and some of the most passionate supporters in the J.League travel to Urawa.
Let's welcome the team by painting Saitama Stadium in Urawa Reds colors!

At the match against Matsumoto Yamaga on Friday, August 23rd, “Baby Star Potato Maru” will be given away to all attendees!

Urawa Red Diamonds was founded in 1992 and is affectionately known by the nickname "Reds" with Saitama City (Urawa City at the time of its founding) as its home town. Club is derived from the finest brilliance of a diamond, its unbreakable strength, and its strong solidarity. Diamonds shine in various ways depending on how the light hits them. We are convinced that the "Red Diamonds" will shine like a bright red flame only when the light of the supporters from the stands hits the eleven players.
In recent years, the club has won titles every year, including the YBC Levain Cup in 2016, the AFC Asian Champions League in 2017, and the Emperor's Cup in 2018. Their vision for the next 25 years is "to be number one in Asia in every field." Since 2006, the club has been number one in attendance in the J1 League for 13 consecutive years, making it one of Japan's leading clubs.

POINT 1
There is no traffic jam if you go by train. If you are worried about the kickoff time, take the Saitama Rapid Railway Saitama Stadium Line and walk from Urawa Misono Station. The number of people who can take the shuttle bus from Urawa Station is limited to 4,500. The Saitama Rapid Railway Saitama Stadium Line is the safest way to go. Also, on the way back after Trial, the transfers at Urawa Misono Station and Higashi-Kawaguchi Station are crowded.
You can also use the shuttle bus to Urawa Station or Kitakoshigaya Station.
POINT 2
The stadium is a 20-minute walk from Urawa-Misono Station. However, the stadium with a capacity of 63,700 people is large inside, so it takes time to reach the seats from there. Line up at the gate for baggage inspection, go up the pedestrian deck, enter the concourse, and take a seat in the stands. I want to stop by the restroom and shop, and I have to buy an MDP. So, let's arrive at Urawa-Misono station an hour before and start walking towards the stadium.
POINT 3
After Trial, the station will be crowded with people. There will be long queues at the ticket booths. Buy your "return" ticket when you arrive at JR Higashi-Kawaguchi Station or Urawa-Misono Station. Also, if you have a "Suica" or "PASMO" card on the Saitama Rapid Railway Saitama Stadium Line, Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, or JR, you can easily get through the ticket gates on both lines.
